It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the second edition of NUSRL's Annual Fest  - ULGULAN. Ulgulan'17 being an amalgamation of sports, cultural and literary events, is carrying forward the legacy established by the maiden edition. The University on its motto of promoting truth and endurance provides a national stage to the student fraternity all the across the country to showcase its talent. 

 

 

Ulgulan is one of its kind as it brings together ideas beyond geographical and categorical boundaries. While the celebratory nights boast of band performances and DJs to set the tempo of the fest higher, sporting tournaments will put to test mind and muscles both. The cultural competitions will see events aplenty such as sashaying the ramp at the fashion show, grooving to the tunes in the dance competition, and showing the world vision your in the movie making competition. The literary team, adding the extravagance to Ulgulan will host events such as the Parliamentary Debate and the Model United Nations Conference. And who knows, you could be the next Barney at the Laser Tag Tournament.

 

In a nut shell, Ulgulan is a potent concoction of sports, cultural and literary events, it will put to test the intellectual, oratory, artistic and creative skills of the participants across the participating institutions. We look forward to creating memories which can be cherished for a lifetime.
